A Trainer with Experience

Our founder, Derrick, has a master's degree in physical education and his personal training certification from ACE (American Council on Exercise). He also has experience in law enforcement and as a physical education teacher. His entire career has been focused on physical fitness. Derrick also works with athletes to provide sports training in football, wrestling, boxing, and track and field.
